We accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date no questions asked. To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

What Can’t Be Returned?
To protect all our customers and preserve the integrity of our product quality, we cannot accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective upon arrival

How Do I Return Something?
It’s easy:
1. Contact our friendly customer support team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
2. Carefully repack your item in its original box
3. Include the RAN and your proof of purchase
4. Send it to the return address we provide

When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email update.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds go directly to your original method of payment
Who Pays for Shipping?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non refundable.
If your item is approved for a refund, we’ll deduct return shipping from the refund amount if prepaid labels were used.
